PEN-A-TRATER
Forage radish, either planted for a cover crop or included as part of a cover crop mixture, that opens the soil for moisture infiltration and root growth. Sequesters nitrates, suppresses weeds and may aid decomposition of stubborn corn residue. Seeding rate: drilling before August 15th 8-10 lbs/acre. Between August 15th and September 1st 10-12 lbs/acre, broadcasting add 2 lbs per acre.
