An excellent 2nd early variety with
good yields, flavor and large seed size. BeSweet 2001 has been
tested at 4,490 milligrams of isoflavones per kilogram.
If the pods are stored in cold storage in a tight container the
beans will hold their sugar for 2 days. If the whole plant is harvested
and kept in cold storage the beans will maintain their sugar for
3 to 4 days. |
